The Council for Educational Technology Advancement is an independent advisory council advancing equitable access to modern learning environments, educational technology, career pathways, and workforce development. It is an advisory body of the Spaceposium Foundation, convened in support of the 10,000-School Technology Advancement Initiative.

CETA sets and reviews standards; it is not an operational department. CETA advises, validates, convenes, and recommends. Mission Control executes, tracks, and reports. CETA is not a separate legal entity.

What CETA reviews

  • School selection criteria and equitable prioritization
  • Technology-neutral standards for learning environments
  • Educator readiness and student activation expectations
  • Sponsor recognition limits and conflict-of-interest policy
  • Measurement, accountability, and public impact reporting
