CETA is an advisory body of the Spaceposium Foundation. Its members exercise independent professional judgment in developing recommendations concerning educational technology, equitable access, workforce readiness, school sponsorship, and program accountability.
Written charter
Scope, membership, and decision-making published in writing.
School selection criteria
Documented, reviewable criteria for how schools are prioritized.
Technology-neutral standards
Requirements written to outcomes, not to a vendor.
Conflict-of-interest policy
Disclosure and recusal expectations for every member.
Sponsor-recognition policy
Clear limits on what sponsorship does and does not buy.
Student privacy
Data minimization and documented consent and retention practices.
Public impact reporting
Results reported against stated criteria, including shortfalls.
Independent judgment
Members advise on the merits, not on institutional convenience.
CETA is not a separate legal entity. It does not hold governmental status and is not endorsed by or affiliated with any space agency.

The Founding Council is being formed now. We are seeking professionals who are willing to put their judgment in writing and be accountable for it. No members, sponsors, funding, or outcomes are being claimed at this stage.
